Greg Kuderer is an accomplished trial attorney with over 27 years of experience handling and litigating personal injury claims.  He has successfully tried over 50 cases to verdict and settled hundreds more.  An aggressive and capable attorney, Greg brings his considerable talents to the Denver office where he will concentrate his practice on litigating FELA and serious personal injury claims.

Greg is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution neutral and a registered arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.  His ADR experience included deciding and representing clients in personal injury, insurance disputes and contract claims.  He has mediated personal injury and commercial law cases, earning a reputation for fairness and integrity.

Greg is admitted to practice in the State and Federal District Courts for Colorado and Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also past president of the Martin County and 17th District Bar Associations. 

Greg earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981.  He received a Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota in 1975.  Greg is a past adjunct professor of Business Law at Minnesota State University, past president of the Fairmont Exchange Club and past director of the Fairmont Hospital Foundation, in Minnesota.  An avid golfer, Greg is a current Director of the Minnesota Golf Association.
