Our main office is in Denver, Colorado, with members of our firm staffing offices in Bellevue (Seattle), Washington, Edina (Minneapolis), Minnesota and Lincoln, Nebraska. Our attorneys have represented injured people in every state in the Central and Western United States in both state and federal courts.

The proud beginnings of our Denver office start with John Rossi and Jim Morrisard, who attended law school together and then opened their own firm in 1967 in Denver, Colorado. John was already quite familiar with the railroad and the importance of unions, as his father and grandfather were both railroaders. Over time, John became a UTU designated union counsel and built a long and distinguished career representing injured railroad workers and their families.

Jim Cox joined our law firm in 1973 and immediately started his FELA practice helping employees injured on the railroad. He eventually became a BLET designated legal counsel and his work helped influence the FELA's direction to the benefit of railroaders and their families.

As the firm grew, it continued to expand and build its reputation as a preeminent FELA law firm.

Doug Rossi joined the firm as a law student in 1991, and started his practice the following year when he was admitted to the Bar. Doug has a broad-based practice that includes FELA and non-FELA cases.

Greg Kuderer left his law firm in Minnesota in 2008 to join the Denver team. Greg has over 27 years of personal injury experience, accomplished trial skills, as well as mediation training and experience, and now focuses his considerable talents helping injured railroad workers and their families.

Our investigators, all experienced ex-railroaders, include Sean Dillon, who handles Northeastern Colorado and Nebraska; Pat Scanlan, who works out of the Denver office; and Jim Wodke, also a former union officer, who handles Wyoming, Central and Western Colorado and Western Nebraska.
