Jim Vucinovich's career handling FELA cases made him ideal to open the Washington state office in 2004. Jim is a Certified Trial Specialist and a UTU Union Designated Legal Counsel. Working with Jim are attorneys Bahareh Samanian, Patricia Kuderer and Bardi Martin.. The Washington office has six highly trained and experienced Investigators, all of whom are former railroaders: Mark Mitchell, who works out of western Washington; Bob Voshall of Spokane covers eastern Washington and Idaho;Rich Ross works out of Salem and Portland, Oregon; Mitch Newell, covers eastern Washington and Oregon; Dan Staples, covers Idaho, Utah and Nevada; and Denis White, who covers Idaho and Oregon.
